About
After nearly 20 years of looking through the lens I am still going strong and from the introduction of digital photography I have really had the freedom to be a lot more creative. As we are all human we tend to look at things differently specially when it comes to photographic scenes. I have noticed no photographer ever captures the same scene quite the same as the other. For this very reason I try to portray my own style when it comes to my work, as I do shoot what everyone else has done before , but rather want to add my own style to the scene, sometimes I break the rules of photography to get them, but hey, who says we all have to shoot by the book and it all boils down to one thing and that is that you must be happy and portray what you have set out to do.
I have heard people say that you must know your camera very well in order to take a good photograph, but I don’t believe that, rather know what you are looking at before you click.. Just about any camera can take a good pic it doesn’t matter how good your lens or how big the camera is, but rather a good eye of the scene that unfolds in front of you, all you have to do is get it in the right position and snap, the rest of knowledge comes with time.
I will be writing a series of articles in the near future for anyone who is interested so please visit regularly for article updates
I am by far no Ansel Adams, but I do strive to follow in his footsteps and many other great photographers before and after him and for that very reason I will keep shooting.
